1. Digital Product Nature
All Y3CLASS courses are digital products delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital content:
- We cannot accept returns of downloaded or accessed content
- All sales are considered final once course materials have been accessed
- Refunds are granted only under the conditions outlined in this policy
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Standard Refund Policy
You may request a full refund under these conditions:
- The request is made within 14 days of purchase
- You have accessed less than 20% of the course content
- No certificates of completion have been issued
- The request includes a valid reason for refund
2.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in these cases:
- After 14 days from purchase date
- If more than 20% of course content has been accessed
- If a certificate of completion has been issued
- For bundle purchases where partial content has been accessed

6. Course Cancellations
In the rare event Y3CLASS cancels a course:
- Registered students will receive a full refund
- We will provide at least 7 days notice when possible
- Alternative course options may be offered
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds or returns shall be resolved exclusively in the local civil courts of the jurisdiction where Y3CLASS is registered. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
8. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
